Serenity is a beautifully refitted 54ft cruiser stern narrowboat with folding wheelhouse. Only lived on for a few months before a change of circumstance reluctantly forces sale.

Existing private mooring at Hampton Ferry on River Avon could be available.

Boarding Serenity from the stern into the wheelhouse. The wheelhouse can be folded down for bridges etc. Plenty of cruiser stern deck space, so could be made into a really nice alfresco area.
Serenity has the popular reverse layout, so you enter firstly into a good size saloon. Seating provide by built seating which also converts into 2 addional berths for your guests. Entry steps all have very useful storage.

The galley snakes through with a Salamander cookstove which as the name suggests, does both your heating and cooking. Galley built out of Sweet Chestnut has plenty of under counter storage cupboards & drawers. Fridge & 2 ring induction hob.

Next along is a nicely fitted bathroom, offset to the port side with a new Simploo composting toilet, wash basin with over head vanity cupboard with mirror and a tiled shower cubicle.

The forward end is given to the bedroom with a fitted 4ft double bed with storage under. Full height shelving unit.

Serenity has double glazing throughout. Inverter & solar panel.

Great value for money boat for lievaboard or leisure boater.
